Non-accessible Content

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This includes:

a) Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website. However, some areas may not yet fully comply. Examples include:

• Tables: Some tables may lack correctly defined headers.
• PDFs: Certain PDF documents may not be fully accessible. For example, they may:
  • Lack proper tab order or headings
  • Contain scanned content without text alternatives
  • Be missing structural tags
• Images: Some images may:
  • Be missing alt text
  • Have alt text that is insufficiently descriptive
• Interactive Elements: A small number of controls may not be properly nested or fully keyboard accessible.

This is not an exhaustive list. We are continually reviewing and updating our content to improve accessibility.

b) Content outside the scope of the legislation

• Example: Archived documents published before 23 September 2018 that are not needed for active administrative processes

We are actively working to address these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement plan.

c) Use of Third-party Tools and Plugins

Our website uses third-party plugins and services to provide certain functionality and features. While we strive to choose accessible tools wherever possible, we acknowledge that:

• Some third-party plugins may not fully comply with WCAG 2.1
• We may have limited control over the accessibility of content or features provided by these plugins

We are monitoring these issues and exploring alternative solutions where feasible. We also work with our developers to raise any accessibility concerns with third-party providers.
